Return Policy

Returns for Defects Only

We want you to love our products, but we understand that individual preferences may vary. Therefore, our return policy is as follows:

1. Defective Products:

• If you receive a product with a proven defect, please contact our customer service team at redzaroma@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To process a return for a defective product, you may be required to provide photos or other evidence of the defect.

2. Refund or Replacement:

• If your product is deemed defective, we will offer you a full refund or send you a replacement, as per your preference.

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions

3. No Returns for Personal Preferences:

• Returns based on personal preferences, such as not liking the chosen scent, are not accepted.

4. Unopened and Unused Products:

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

5. Return Authorization:

• All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
